A: The standard return policy for items purchased from Allbirds (non-outlet purchases) is 30 days. There are some nuances depending on what you've purchased and are returning. Returns can be shipped back for free (they'll provide a pre-paid shipping label), or returned in person to one of their physical stores - yup, they have stores believe it or not!
Shoes: Allbirds will accept return of shoes within 30 days, even if you've used them during that time frame. For shoes that have been lightly used, they actually end up donating it to their partner, Soles4Souls, so don't feel bad on giving them a try before deciding to keep or return them.
Apparel: Allbirds apparel also fits into the 30 day window for returns, but make sure to keep the labels intact. The two exceptions are socks and undies - they must not be opened with packaging completely intact... so brand new and never used, nor opened. If that's the case, you can also return them within 30 days either online (and shipped back for free), or in-store.
